Biography

I was born in Winchester, and grew up in a small village in Hampshire. After attending the local schools, I completed my AS and A2 qualifications at Peter Symonds College. 

I completed my MPhys at »ÆÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ University (1st Class with Honours), and decided to stay with the same supervisor and also do my PhD at »ÆÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ.

Community and Business

Over my time at »ÆÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ University I've been working on a side-project that has since turned into a business, Grapheel. I co-founded it with two other »ÆÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ students (Daniel Hajas and Tim Lingard) to develop technological solutions that allow blind and visually impaired students/researchers access to science. 

We are a not for profit organisation, and are always looking for volunteers to help our blind and visually impaired users.
