For those looking to improve. Move between yoga postures using a low-hanging wide aerial silk, hung like a hammock, with flowing movements that relax and stretch the body.

Long sleeves and long trousers are recommended wear, but not essential. Please wear clothing with no zips or buckles and remove watches and jewellery prior to each class.

This class is suitable for all fitness levels. You start the class with a warmup. The rest of the sessions is split into 4 x 4 strength exercises using bodyweight and dumbbells. You will work on the lower body, the upper body and core. The method of training creates a high intensity and high energy class.

A high-intensity class that trains both the muscular and cardiovascular systems.

The class uses a rotation system, so the user can record their progress. It uses barbells, dumbbells, ropes, kettlebells and medicine balls and requires some experience of free weight training. This is a great calorie burner, great fun and a challenging workout.
