Timetabling
Timetabling at the »ÆÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ is undertaken centrally by the Division of Student Experience in collaboration with Faculties. Individual student timetables are produced and made available via »ÆÉ«¶ÌÊÓƵ Direct.

The Online Room Booking System (ORBS) is currently open from 22nd September to 12th October 2025.
If you wish to book General Teaching Space (GTS) outside of these dates, please contact roombookingsteam@sussex.ac.uk.

The deadline for staff availability data to be provided to timetabling for the 25-26 timetabling cycle is 21st March 2025. Faculties will provide staff availability data to the timetabling team in accordance with relevant guidance and the Timetabling Framework 25-26. Queries about the staff availability process should be raised, in the first instance, with your Senior Education Manager.
