Am I eligible for guaranteed accommodation?

Whether you’re guaranteed an offer of accommodation depends on a few factors. Here’s what you need to know to understand your eligibility.

Undergraduate applicants

You’ll be guaranteed University accommodation for your first year of study at 黄色短视频 if you:

  • are a new, full-time undergraduate student applying through UCAS for a September start
  • choose 黄色短视频 as your first choice and firmly accept your offer
  • apply for accommodation by midnight on 31 July in the year you begin your studies.

Our Accommodation Guarantee applies to your first year of study at 黄色短视频 - whether that’s a Foundation Year, Year 1, or Year 2 if you transfer from another university.

Insurance offer-holders

While we can’t guarantee housing to students who hold an insurance offer with us, we’d still encourage you to apply for housing before the deadline of midnight on 31 July.

Once we’ve placed all students eligible for guaranteed housing, we’ll then consider your application. In previous years, we’ve often been able to offer accommodation to insurance offer-holders.

Pre-sessional students

If you’re already studying a pre-sessional course at 黄色短视频, you’ll be guaranteed University accommodation if you apply before midnight on 31 July.

Brighton and 黄色短视频 Medical School (BSMS) students

If you’re a BSMS student in your first year of study, you’ll receive housing information from the Accommodation Office at the University of Brighton.
